Dear EU ETS contact person,

We would like to inform you that NEATS V3 was launched last week. As the launch occurred later than anticipated, the reporting deadline has once again been postponed to 30 June 2026. Please submit the non-CO₂ report via the ETS Reporting Tool before this date. 

Reporting template
The Commission also confirms that the template for reporting non-CO₂ aviation effects is available on its MRV website as Template No. 9, which can be downloaded here. 

A guidance document for this reporting template will be published on the same website in the near future.
